Mandy Stover ~ Why Ray 4 Chino Hills

Ray Marquez is a huge asset to this community. Both as a citizen and a leader in our city government, he has brought on positive change and added value to Chino Hills. He diligently supports growth and accountability and continually stands up for "what's right".   I have enjoyed working side and side with Mr. Marquez to bring the City of Chino Hills to a No Kill City.  He listens to all of our concerns and truly supports in our cause and is working hard every day to see our dream become a reality.
