Why Ray? Because Ray is a genuine "do-gooder" who has given, and continues to give, of his time, talents and treasures for the betterment of our community. He has done so for over 30 years. Ray's biggest problem is that he is humble, and doesn't like the limelight. So, it us up to us, those who really know him best, to tell everyone else what an exemplary human being and civic leader Ray Marquez is.
